The test system is Windows 2003 Server (was sp1, but downgraded it when I realized production didn't have it). You said that you found some source code and compiled it yourself - what exact headers/lib files did you compile/link against and what versions are they? Enabled/Disabled: Video/Audio data is coming in, and passing it to the decoder is enabled/disabled by the host application (DVBViewer). The server box was upgraded ages ago, and the webservers there were running fine until I came along. IUSR is usually the impersonated Anonymous user account, which is not the process identity and thus not used to execute ISAPI Filter.
