When that is used, it generates a system-wide message that the environment has changed. It tells you one at a time so if you find the file that you are missing, and put it in the sql10 folder then start rapid sql again and try First Name Please enter a first name Last Name Please enter a last name Email We will never share this with anyone. This is 2009, for God's sake!
I kept my own sql.ini file in D:\Sybase\ini directory. Sybase has also been trying its hand at webinars, and the tech team have their own blogs. Run copylibs.bat to copy the files and get DBArtisan to work. Look to see if there is a README and copylibs.bat located at: %sybase%\%sybase_ocs%\scripts.

After a bit of digging I found that Intersolv is now DataDirect. Sybase IQ 12.7 is shipped with Sybase Open Client / Server version 15.0, and this will not work with applications referencing the older dll names. Make sure directory where libsybct.dll or libct.dll located is included in PATH. A bit of digging - this is another acquisition by Sybase Inc which they've folded into the iAnywhere group. He showed me the documentation - sure eneough, the original developer (long since left) has specified Intersolv.
