Meaning, I unscrewed and took it all apart, put the foam on carefully, then carefully reassembled and screwed it all together. I am a newbie but I thought that I read somewhere that the reboot file should be in system/sbin but instead it is in "/system/xbin". The SD card is for storage and the SIM card identifies you on the carrier's network as a valid customer. I just setup another Google account with a gmail address. Works fine after a reboot (most of the time, sometimes keeps having to reboot).
