aegis posted Oct 26, 2016 Hello everyone!! Why is the TOAD 9.1 installer so huge? my question is why am I getting the oci.dll error even though the ORACLE_HOME is valid! I'm getting the above error from Toad but i think I have install everything correctly. have a peek here
