Cannot Log Into Anything Internet

Internet Explorer/Windows XP I have not tried firefox. Other benefits of registering an account are subscribing to topics and forums, creating a blog, and having no ads shown anywhere on the site. I tried clearing cache, data, and wiping the app entirely to no avail. I am getting the exact same problem.
