I've located the PID of winlogon.exe for the hung session with query process /ID:yourid. I've upgraded to XD 7.7 yesterday. Are you using smartcards in your environment? Is there a word for turning something into a competition?

They think they found a thread related to their issue, but in reality they found a cluster of issues. If you are noticing that the log off's are not completing because of a particular .exe still running in the users sessions, you can also try implementing the registry key noted I don't know what other hotfixes have come out after HFRP 3, haven't looked.
