I used the disk that came with my tablet and tried to reinstall from there, but that gave me an error. You can fix it by going into the Task Manager and clicking on Processes tab and ending (right-clicking and End Process) all the processes called "Wacom_Tablet.exe" (or something similar for earlier But then I saw where the usb was leading to and thought i'd try to open up the whole back panel to see if it was something there.
