I would just purchase another card.What are you using to transfer the images? You can only upload a photo (png, jpg, jpeg) or a video (3gp, 3gpp, mp4, mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, rm). Shooting like you, RAW to the 90MB/sec Sandisk Extreme CF card and 30MB/Sec SD card from my 60D slowed down my shooting speed yet again.
